A Letter from Sarah, CEO of ArrKann

Dear Friends of Arrkann,

As we close out another year, I find myself reflecting on the journey that has brought us here. Arrkann has always been more than a company to me—it is part of my family’s story. My grandfather founded Arrkann RV with a vision of connecting friends and family to nature, to adventure, and, ultimately, to the people they love. I grew up surrounded by that vision, and as CEO, I am honoured to carry it forward.

Camping has always been a source of joy in my own life. Some of my happiest memories are of exploring Alberta with my husband and son—discovering new trails, waking up to crisp mountain air, and sharing meals cooked outdoors. Those moments remind me why Arrkann exists: so that you, too, can create your own stories of connection, adventure, and peace in nature.

This year has brought both challenges and joys. The economy has created uncertainty, and like many of you, we’ve felt the weight of questions about what lies ahead. Yet alongside those challenges, we’ve witnessed something inspiring: a continued love for Alberta, camping, and the great outdoors. More families are choosing to spend their time in nature, to unplug from the noise of daily life, and to rediscover the simple pleasures of being together. There is a strong pride in the beauty of our province that echoes throughout the conversations we have and overhear at our dealerships.

I want to take a moment to thank you—our customers—for being part of this journey. Your trust in Arrkann means everything to us. If you purchased an RV this year, brought your vehicle in for service, or simply stopped by to share your stories, please know that you are the heartbeat of our company. We share your stories with each other. We relish the photos you take, enjoying the wonder of the mountains, prairies, and everything in between. We write down every concern and praise you share so that we can make Arrkann a better place for you and your loved ones. We really do.

As we approach Christmas, my wish for each of you is that you find joy in connection—whether that means sitting around a tree with family, sharing a meal with friends, or perhaps even sneaking in a winter camping trip to enjoy Alberta’s snowy landscapes.

Looking ahead to 2026, I feel a sense of excitement. The new year is a blank canvas, full of possibilities for adventure. Since 1977, we’ve been dedicated to connecting people with the moments that matter most to them, and we look forward to continuing do so for many more years to come.

From my family to yours, thank you. May your Holidays be filled with joy, and may 2026 bring you new adventures under Alberta’s skies.

With gratitude,
Sarah Baptiste
