The Flying W Award was introduced four years ago to recognize Winnebago dealer locations that delivered the highest service excellence and superior customer satisfaction over the previous 12-month period.
2022 Flying W scores for each dealer location are based primarily on customer feedback collected by the Purchase & Delivery Survey and Warranty Service Survey. These surveys are automatically sent to owners immediately after these important experiences. This year, sales performance and WinnLead response also factored into the 2022 awards.
