Unit Demonstrator (Seasonal)

Do you pride yourself on your customer service? Do you have an abundance of knowledge about camping or trailers? ArrKann Trailer & R.V Centre is currently looking for a Unit Demonstrator to join their Service team. The selected candidate must be available Evenings and Saturdays (but never Sundays!) from June-August.

Reporting to the Service Manager, the Unit Demonstrator will be responsible for walking customers through their new purchase, demonstrating features and answering customer questions. The successful candidate will support the service department including but not limited to propane runs, parts pick-ups and potentially moving units.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure unit is clean and prepared for customer prior to demonstration
• Demonstrating features of units to customers
• Provide product recommendations to the customer upon demonstration
• Answering customer questions in regards to their unit
• Provides support for the service department
• Other duties and responsibilities as required

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/Equivalent
• Ability to tow trailers (including all trailers from tent to 5^th wheel) is required
• Knowledge on trailers and camping is required
• Previous customer service experience
• Ability to work independently or as a team
• Comfortable working with computers including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
