strength, low alloy steel frame, custom build to match the floorplan! E-coated
for rust protection and features HUCK BOBTAIL bolt fasteners ( like trains and
semis) Add a pintail-less design to allow this bolt to deliver up to 5X the
fatigue strength of conventional nuts a& bolts , and industry leading vibration resistance!
Add
filonmax fiberglass w/ Azdel composite backing and HIGH density block
foam insulation, CNC routed channels, aluminum frame welded from aluminum beams
with wood inserts to provide additional support, galvanized steel backing
plates, and 1.5” sidewalls , fully walkable TPO roof and insulated front cap,
one piece ThermoFoil insulated floor, DEXTER torsion axles, and 15” GOODYEAR
wrangler tires and you have the Thor of travel trailers :)
